Kater Adhesives Industrial Co., Ltd. Is the biggest manufacture which is specializing in Polyurethane sealant / Adhesives. Our company have been engaged in development, production and sales of Polyurethane sealant and we passed the "ISO/TS16949: 2002". Our company owns two fully automatic sealant production lines which were imported from Germany and Italy with an annual production capacity over 18000 tons. Additionally, we have established a top-ranking Laboratory and Provincial-Level Enterprise Technology Center, and also have a highly qualified professional team consisting of professors, middle aged and young specialists, possessing strong product development, innovation and marketing service capability.
Kater Silicones is one of the largest Silicone Sealant factories in China (USD 38 million sales turnover per annum with over 470 employees) located in Guangzhou (Guangdong, Southern China) and Yantai (Shandong, China). Currently, we have close to 25% market share in China with a planned output of 24.000 tons of silicone sealants this year (2007). We do offer all sorts of Silicone sealant products (one part and two part sealants in Cartridges, Foils, Tubes or drum for refillers all over the world. )
Kater Silicones is producing materials for normal weather sealing and structural glazing application according to the DIN ISO 9001norming. Our Sealants do meet ISO Standard, British Standard, American Standard and China Standard. We are doing many private label products for big multi-national companies and factories.
Kater Acrylic Sealant were elected as "Satisfied Products of China Consumers", "Qualified Products of Shandong Technology Supervision Bureau", "Gold Award of 98 Patent Market & New Technology Expo". In 1999, the products were selected as "99 Recommended Products by Ministry of Construction". This company was elected as "Quality Checking Exemption Enterprise among 28 Co-operation Cities" in 1999 and got "Member Certificate of China Adhesive Agent Industrial Association in 2000". The products were listed into Survey of Main Construction Materials Enterprise & Famous Construction Materials in China in November 2000. In December 2001, our company passed ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System Certificate and our products are Quality Checking Exemption Products in China.
